Scenario: Marto Heat Treaters, based in Hyderabad, India are professional heat treatment service providers. They have pit type oil tank of quenching oil with capacity of 5 KL. They were facing issues of soot particles formation in their oil due to which heat transfer properties of oil was affected. Secondly, issues with component distortion and cracking were increased.
Solution: They acquired a centrifugal oil filtration machine manufactured by us at Karroter Technique Pvt. Ltd. for their quenching oil filtration application. Since the installation of our machine, they have been consistently removing approximately 3 to 4 kg of soot particles from the oil within 5 to 6 hours of operation.
The quality and performance of the machine have been satisfactory and customer have not encountered any issues during over 1.5 yearS of operation.
