NICO BATTERIES

We have furnace oil fired burners at Nico Batteries, Sri Lanka. The oil we use for firing has tremendous contamination. We were facing huge problems with pump failure, nozzle clogging, firing pressure reduction etc. Frequent cleaning of nozzles was a significant challenge, leading to unacceptable downtime for our burners.

We received a referral to your company, KTPL, Pune, India, from one of our colleagues. After the supply of goods, they provided remote guidance for installation through video conferencing, which was highly effective and helpful.

Since the installation of their product, we have been regularly removing contamination from the furnace oil. The clogging issue with the nozzles has been resolved, allowing our burner to operate continuously without interruption.

After witnessing the performance of the initial unit, we decided to purchase four additional centrifuge filters for our other burners. We strongly recommend the centrifuge filter manufactured by KTPL for furnace oil filtration.
